Because our portal works in a direct structural partnership using the processing iFrame architecture of LEI Register India Private Limited, all transactions are linked to official global digital registration workflows.

Refund Validation Conditions

• Pre-Transmission Window: You are entitled to request a 100% cancellation and refund (minus baseline third-party payment gateway merchant fees) only if your request is submitted before your application data has been formally compiled and transmitted through the iFrame infrastructure to the processing Local Operating Unit (LOU).
• Post-Registry Locked Window: Once an application has been logged, paid for, and transmitted to the global LOU/GLEIF database validation queue through our partner network, the institutional processing fees are fully consumed. At this point, no cancellations or refunds can be processed.

Data Discrepancy & Rejections
If an application is rejected by the registry due to conflicting corporate entity profiles, our support desk, will actively assist you in re-submitting correct documentation. If compliance is legally impossible, an internal agency fee refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved credits will reflect in the original funding channel within 7-10 working days.
